Steamulator was originally developed by Hua Qu, a registered Professional Mechanical Engineer of California in 1996 as a WINDOWS desktop program. It integrated the steam property equations and solvers into an innovative easy to use calculator.
Steamulator was designed for mechanical engineers and college engineering students. It was intended to replace the conventional steam tables and Mollier diagram.
Steamulator solves steam properties directly from steam property formulas, it eliminated the need for interpolations associated with the use of steam tables.
Steamulator was the one of the only All phases steam property calculator. It was included in the famous Mechanical Engineering Refenence Manual for the PE Exam 10th Edition by Michael Lindeburg, PE.
Steamulator includes example problems solved for compressed water, saturated water, water-steam mixture, saturated steam, and superheated steam.
Here comes this long waited IOS version of Steamulator.
